Sharing Success Update: December 2016

Sibley’s Sharing Success plan ties employee incentives to the achievement of our key organizational objectives. These objectives include improving quality and safety, engaging our workforce, outstanding financial performance, and providing the best experience for every patient. Specifically for the patient experience, our goal for the inpatient arena is 550 (equivalent to the 55th percentile among similar hospitals) and non-inpatient arena is 600 (equivalent to the 60th percentile).
