How long have you been at Sibley? Since 2010.
What is your specific role/duty? I’m a cook. The first part of my day I work in the café on the grill. The second half I work in the kitchen prepping and helping out as needed.
What motivates you to work hard? My family
What is your favorite thing about your job? Interacting with my customers
What is your favorite thing to cook at work? Cheesesteak
Do you like to cook at home? If so, do you have a favorite recipe? I do like to cook at home. I invent a new recipe every time I cook. I like changing ingredients, trying different spices and maybe even changing the way I cook it.
What is your proudest accomplishment? Becoming a father
If you could choose to do anything for a day, what would it be? I would spend the day feeding as many homeless people as I can.
What are your hobbies? Watching sports, listening to music, spending time with family
What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play? I like to watch and play basketball and football.
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Stewed chicken with rice and peas
People have called you the hardest working man at Sibley. How do you respond to that? I just thank God for allowing me the health to come to work and do my job. I appreciate the compliment.
Where do you see yourself in five years? I see myself expanding the family business I own with my brothers.
